Anyone have a nutrition certification

I have my fitness cert through ISSA and was thinking of doing their Specialist in Performance Nutrition course. Any feedback?

But when you disarm them, you at once offend them by showing that you distrust them, either for cowardice or for want of loyalty, and either of these opinions breeds hatred against you.

In my experience there isn't anything that those "certification" courses will teach you that you can't learn through your own research. I have a nutritionist certification that taught me how 6-12 servings of grains daily are what you should recommend for healthy eating and other bs like that.

If you need to be certified to work, then go ahead, otherwise just read read read. Less expensive and you'll probably learn more.

Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

I'm already working in my field, so I dont really need it. Would just make me that much more marketable to have another cert...and I'm bored

i'm getting a degree in nutrition from penn state, which is like a bullshit major that will prepare me to work at health clinics for fatasses and hospitols and nursing homes...... like hell thats where i'll be working. Hopefully i'll be able to get a degree in pharmacology in grad school. and then create some crazy ass concoctions in my basement. lol.
