    The Greens

Hey everyone, me again. Still trying to get motivated, lol. Do have a question. I like to eat snakes, like candy and high sugar products, COCO. And I can see it going straight to the gut. But I have maybe came up with a solution. Would it be a good thing to just eat like a can of peas or green beans for a replacements for the snakes? I am talking like 3 cans a day. I take a Multi-Vit. also.

I just ahave a thing for sugar, would it be mentally devastating to just drop all sugar, ( coffee 2* tps sugar * 6 cups a day, candy chocl.)

Man, I am almost there, I just need to get my diet controled.

Jodi I think he means those snake candy thingies.

You can eat the cans of peas or green beans just so long as it all fits into your daily caloric intake for what ever your goal is.
Also stop putting sugar in your coffee! that a no-no , if you need sugar use some splenda, it's what I do for my daily hit of caffine , I heard stevia was better but I haven't had a chance to use it yet cause I stocked up on splenda
