    Hiyas

Can anyone help me with something?

I want to eat something healthy and quick ( hi pro/ v high carb/ mod fat), I have cereal with yoghurt, honey and a weight gainer shake at 6.00am every mornin, and I have a choice of a fry up or cereal at work @ 10am, but I'd rather take something with me, have tried chicken/egg noodles/ broccoli but it take me too long to eat it ( only have 15 mins), can you guys suggest anything that will keep me going until 1pm when I have chicken/noodles and broccoli?

Protein bars are the absolute easiest thing to eat on the go. I save one every day for a time when busting out tupperware isn't going to cut it.

    why not an MRP

or if you don't wanna rely on too many chemicals why not crack open a can of tuna... you could have tuna with some fruit and cereal or mix it up with some pasta

tuna sandwiches are awesome as well, i used to rely on these heavily while i was bulking, just used to eat them in my college lessons my teachers didn't care!

You can blend whey and oats w. PB
Have it as a shake (homemade MRP)

Yeah that's true but usually I find the mrp ( home made or otherwise) don't have a lot of carbs in them
