    There are thousands of different phytochemicals! You can not just take one suppliment for them. Things liky polyphenols, catechins (like those in tea), isoflavones (soy products), lycopene (in tomatos), thioallyl (in garlic)....

    They are REALLY beneficial to your overall health and can help in a number of different areas (anti-oxidants, anti-cancer, immune-promotion, increase metabolism, help with cellular processes etc etc)...

    And as for GSE - Ummm.. Maybe he is talking about grapeseed extract??
