    Angry loose more muscle on chest/calves when cutting

    When dieting I usually loose extra in my chest and calves, as compared to other parts. Is this normal? So I would still have good back, arms, shoulders etc except air gets punched out of chest and calves at a faster rate. why why why

    It all depends on your body and genetics. Some lose it fast in upper body and others lose it fast in lower body. There is no "Normal".
