Weird question about fat loss...

When you burn more cals then you consume, does the body starts to lose fat right away or does it go through some kind of adjusting process 1st?

the type of diet that you follow can effect this but for the most part once your metabolism shifts it will increase the amount of free fatty acids that it uses for energy..
