ive got a question. I ate some tuna and cottage cheese and 3/4 c. of oatmeal right before i did some cardio. did 30 mins worth. I know i should have waited a lil while but its getting late. It was my last meal but should i still get some whey and carbs afterwards or should what i ate right before be okay?
