    hot drinks

    is there anyone who works or spends a lot of time outdoors during the cold months? if so, i was wondering what the best thing to drink to keep warm would be that has minimal cals. i prefer to eat my cals not drink them. any ideas? thanks.

    p.s. coffee is not an option for me.
