    diet help please

    meal 1: two eggs, three pieces of whole wheat toast with jelly, 20oz of milk.
    multivitamin
    80 carbs 50 grams of protein 30 grams of fat

    meal 2:orange, pretzels, roast beef, 2 pieces whole wheat bread, 12oz milk.
    100 carbs 50 grams of protein 11 grams of fat

    meal 3:half pound of spagetti (sp), 7 oz of beef, 2oz of monkey bread
    and 15 oz of orange juice. fish oil caps antioxidents
    130 carbs 65 grams of protein 3 grams omega 3 4 grams of fat

    work out: half gallon of water

    meal 4:3 pieces of bread dipped in olive oil, 7 oz of chicken, apple 15 oz of oj
    100 grams of carbs, 65 grams of protein, 2 grams fat
    22 grams of monounsaturated fat

    meal 5:8 oz of beef, half cup of rice, 15 oz of orange juice. antioxidents
    90 grams of carbs, 58 grams of protein, 3 grams of fat.

    500 carbs, 288 protein, 50 grams of fat 25 grams EFA's
    i only weigh about 140 pounds and im still not gaining weight doing this what should i do?

    Friday night, I am lazy and I just read the meal 1.
    Put some EFA and whey protein there.
    What jelly?
    Someone take care of meal 2.

    ok, where's your PWO shake?
    Second- Eat something before bed. A slow releasing protein like a casein shake or some dairy products. Make sure you arent overtraining and youre getting enough sleep.

    my last meal is only 20 minutes before bed, is the protein from beef slow releasing?
