Over the last 6 months I've gained 35lbs of total body mass. I figure 25-28lbs were LBM. 2 Weeks ago I got sick for 5 days. I made sure to try to keep my calories and macros in order but fell a bit short for these 5 days. I fully expected to have a set back and lose some of my gains, but in the last 2 weeks I've gone from 246lbs to 230lbs this morning. Every damn day I'm losing weight and I can't seem to stop it. I'm eating the same volume(a total of 4250-4500 calories with a min of 300 grams of protein)per day. This is the same volume of food I used to get to this point.

Is it possible for your metabolism to increase this much in such a short period of time? Could it be that I'm still sick and thus my body is kicked into high gear trying to fight it still?

I'm seriously bugging out here. I'm trying to remember if someone touched me and said thinner...
