    who here goes heavy on nuts?

    Anyone here snack on nuts as a fat source? i do 3 outta 5 meals on no carb days.

    I usually eat a handful of almonds in the afternoon when I get home from school. They're pretty cheap at bulk stores like Sams Club

    Where do you get your nuts?

    I get mine at Costco...very cheap. Huge back of almonds for like 5 bucks I think.
