    question about my weight gain

ok, ive been on a bulk for the last month

and every week since i started ive gained almost exactly 1 pound
so now im up from 181 to 185

    So my question is this:
Is it plausible to say that 1 out of those 4 pounds could be muscle?
thats 1 pound in 1 month of muscle

after coming off from a weight lifting break
and finally doing FULL body...as in working out right

It is possible that 3 of those 4 pounds could be muscle gains...

At the end of the day the ratio of muscle:fat gain will depends on your bodies physiological state (age, stress, hormones), your training, your diet and your genetics... So although you can not do much about the genetic thing, if you focused on good training and good diet your gains will be mostly muscle.

Did you happen to do a BF% test before hand?? If so, go back and do another test - that will tell you for certain.

You are also a growing teen so take that into consideration as well.
