    all milk diet!

hey guys i was wondering what yall think of an all milk diet for bulking. lets 2 gallons a day of Bordens high protein brand. Each gallon has somthin like 160 g of protein 220g carbs and like 48g fat. somthing like 2250 calories, two gallon a day would be 320g pro 440g carbs 96g fat 4500 calories, then add a meal replacement shake after workout would be like 365 g pro 480g carbs and 5200 calories. Have any of yall tried this diet or herd of anyone using it?

there are these things called "nutrients" and "vitamins" that the body needs... and milk doesn't have all of them.

You can do it, but why? Why in the Hell would you want to drink milk all day long? I don't really see the point, except that you are too lazy to plan out a real diet.

    OMG

Please start doing this and make a journal.

Entry 1: Had a bit of stomach discomfort today. Need more milk! Mmm....
Entry 2: I'm having the runs but it's nothing serious - I'm sure more milk will make it go away.
Entry 3: My colon is on the floor - is that bad?

Seriously - this is dumb. Not only is it an all liquid diet but you're drawing all your nutrients from one source that has no nutrients anyway. Milk is actually quite bad for you according to recent research.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

not only is that not even close to a balanced diet you would probably gain just as much fat as you domuscle...milk is high on the insulin index
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    Understand the word 'suppliment'.
Suppliment = 'in addition to'. Which means you take them(vitamins and minerals) in addition to the vitamins and minerals that you are supposed to get from a balanced diet to makeup for any deficiency. Suppliment does NOT mean 'in place of'.

milk is full of sugar. wouldnt be that great.

in addition, your body will probably reject the severe amount of calcium youre taking in.
