    need help before i make a mistake

    my mom has just finished making spagetti and i'm about to go to sleep in a couple hours, is it bad to eat before bed,if so how long before bed? quick i dont wanna do something ill regret

    You always want to eat before bed. Now depending upon your goals then that would determine if you want carbs before bed or not. Guessing you are probably a teenage boy then don't worry about the carbs before bed.

    Anyway, always eat before bed. You are about to go to sleep for 6-8 hours and you fuel for muscle repair.

    I guess for us older folks we need to eat more protein instead of carbs at night before we go to bed right?

    20 years old good guess, all this time i thought it was bad to eat before bed,my goals are to get more muscle mass without gaining fat if thatys possible, thanks for the help
