    MRP's

i am in college and i do not have the time or the neccesary cooking appliances to cook full meals for 5-6 meals every day. i am trying to bulk, so i was wondering if there are any good MRP's or weight gainer worth buying that would help me get my needed calories, protein, vitamins, fat, carbs, etc.?

Any of the MRP are good, just add some flax seed oil and peanut butter to them.

Damned straight. Homemade MRPs are the way to go. Some protein bars are also worth looking into. I have been into Trioplex bars for a while now. They're great for when I'm working.

I assume you have acces to a blender. Simply throw in required amounts of whey, protein powder and PB + milk or water. Blend on high for several secs.
