i am in college and i do not have the time or the neccesary cooking appliances to cook full meals for 5-6 meals every day. i am trying to bulk, so i was wondering if there are any good MRP's or weight gainer worth buying that would help me get my needed calories, protein, vitamins, fat, carbs, etc.?
for the mods, this may need to be put into the supplement forum, sorry

Damned straight. Homemade MRPs are the way to go. Some protein bars are also worth looking into. I have been into Trioplex bars for a while now. They're great for when I'm working.Originally Posted by Jodi
