Looks like you are finally getting the idea of what a 'high' carb day should be.

Once after a really hard race I put back 3500 calories of carbs between pasta, pancakes and stuff like that to get my glycogen back up (all you can eat buffet). That's almost 2 pounds of food. Needless to say I had a great nap after that.

I ate a Big Foot from Little Ceaser's (minus one piece), drank a fith of Jack Daniels and drank a 2 liter bottle of 7-Up in about 2 hours once...I can't even imagine how many grams of carbs that was...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

I had an 822 gram carb day on Veteran's Day 11/11, off from work.
Breakfast: Pasta with chicken breast and steak fries
mid morning: lean ground beef hamburger w/ salad and potato
Lunch: Old Country Buffet: Salad, potato salad, pasta, carrots, potato wedges, chicken breast, small dessert of ice cream and peach pie, 16 oz Coke and water
Worked out at 4:30: Pre and post workout meals w/lots of carbs, whey protein drink w/ post workout meal
1 hour before bed: eye o round roast, tuna, baked red potato

Now that's a high carb day.
