    Stevia calories?

On the bottle it says that it has less then 1 calorie for 1/4 teaspoon. But I use it quiet a bit so I'm wondering how much it adds up to.
Does anyone know how many calories 1Tbs has?

Stevia is practically calorie free so I would not count it at all.

1 tbs??!! How much are you using??!! It is about 100 x sweeter than normal sugar so you only need to use a PINCH to add sweetness to anything!

Unless you are in Australia - where 1 Tbs = 4 tsp!!

But it doesn't matter with stevia... There are no calories in both measures.

I think some stevia products have Matlo-dex in them so watch out for that.

Don't worry about it. That is a negligible amount of calories even if you have a TBSP.

Matlo-dex? What is it, and why is it bad? My mom puts it in her coffee
