    Oops!!

    What do you do when you tend to overeat and stuff your face silly...say eat a whole pizza or somthing of the sort?
    Bench 205, 225 by June
    Squat 456, 550
    Clean 225, 245
    Dead 355, 405
    Age:17 and 4 months
    Height: 5'9.25" (shoes off)
    Weight: 175(birthday suit)

    Whole pizza's are nice. Usually home made though so still relatively healthy. I also like french onion dip and vegatables. French onion dip is pretty high in sat fat.... ehh noones perfect
