I'm in a body composition class right now and the reading were doing is talking about athletes methods to gain and loose weight. There were talking about bodybuilders in particular as they usually eat quite a bit above maintanence while bulking and way below while cutting and how it affects your performance.

So I'd just like to see what everyone does here....how many calories above maintainence do you normally eat while bulking and how much below while cutting? And how do you find you feel while doing each of these?

It'll be interesting to see your guys experience compaired to the "scientific research"....
