Should I add egg whites to my breakfast ?

Ok , here is what I eat for breakfast , should I add some eggwhites to what I already do ? Keep in mind , Im on a bulking up cycle right now.

Here is what I currently have for the early morning

2 scoops of whey protein + 1 cup of milk + 2 ice cubes + 1 cup of oatmeal.

Should I add a few eggwhites (if so how much) to this breakfast , or I already have everyting that I need ?

I used to do the same as you, i've recently added egg whites on toast to my breakfast and i'm really liking it

I add in 3 whites and 1 whole, works out at around an extra 18g of protein! and to compensate for this i've cut back on the whey a lil (around about 1.5 scoops, gives me a good 30g of protein from that)

I also have 2 cups of oats (huge bowlful!) so my carbs are sorted! - trick is to mix em with water... no milk with my oats or else i just can't fit em all down me for some reason

definatley go with the eggs, best morning protein source period!
