    Help With a TKD Style Diet

    I just started a TKD and I want to make sure that I am doing it properly. I am going to quote yesterday's and today's meals so you guys can give me advice/suggestions:

    Meal 1: scrambled eggs, bacon
    Meal 2: fried steak + cheese + mayo
    Meal 3: tuna + mayo
    Preworkout: 1 scoop of Swole, Sweettarts
    Postworkout: whey protein
    Meal 5: fried steak + mayo
    Meal 6: filet mignon steak
    Meal 7: grilled chicken ceasar salad
    Meal 8: 3 hot dogs

    Meal 1: fried steak + cheese + mayo
    Meal 2: grilled chicken + cheese
    Meal 3: cheese cubes
    Meal 4: mixed nuts
    Meal 5: ?

    I am most likely going to just keep it Atkin's style all of the time and then simple sugars before my workouts. Is that a bad idea?

    yeah, if you dont do a refeed and have more carbs than that, your body will eventually start to eat at your muscles. Trust me on this one, I know.

    The point of TKD is so that you don't need to refeed. it's a steady rat of low carb with simple sugars around your workout. TKD's suck IMO. Go with a CKD instead.
