i eat bout 3300 cals per day thats about 20 times my body weight im not gettin fat, it all depends on the source of the calories and how much training your doin
At my normal metabolic rate I should be consuming 12 times by body weight in calories but now that I am weight training peole say that I should consume 18times my body weight in calroeis. Isnt this too much? Wouldnt I put on a lot of fat if I did that?

Start with 12 cals per pound. Increase it by 10% or 200-300 cals per week until you began to gain weight (All the while training hard). This will tell you what level you need to be at.
Starting at 15 is fine in my opinion. 15 is VERY conservative for a bulk. I'm eating 19-21x my bodyweight in calories, and this is a super conservative bulk. I don't know how much more food I can afford!Originally Posted by BulkMeUp
