    Eating too much fat makes you fat

    and

    Not eating a lot of fat will make your body hold onto fat

    Craig says no. It has to do with total calories and the type of fat consumed.

    Sorry but Jodie is correct. Dietary fat does not make someone fat. It all lies on the kinds of fats you eat and the kinds of carbs you eat. That is why really low carb diets work so well on the obese and those not concerned about LBM.
