    Cocoa?

    Hey guys,
This cold weather has me craving hot chocolate, but i'm trying to stay away from it. I'm currently carb cycling, and I was wonder if 100% cocoa is ok? On thanksgiving I was good, but I did have 2 tbsp of pure cocoa mixed in with some hot water and splenda. Would this be acceptable while carb cycling? I think the nutritional breakdown is something like 20 calories per tbsp. 3 carbs, 1 fiber, 1 protien, .5 fat. I know I would avoid it on no carb days, but could I let it slip in on low/high days?? Thanks!
