    Consisitency of Protein in Chicken?

This isnt a very serious question, but anyways...So i get these chicken sandwichs everyday from campus dining and I thought to my self how consistent is this product. Does one chicken have more protein than the next? Different "breeds" of chickens? Healthier chickens? That last part made me start thinking about all meat products lol...What do you guys think.

the only thing you have to worry about is the quality of the chicken used in those sandwiches. processed proteins and food items do not contain the same amounts of bioavailable nutrients as unprocessed foods. so a 4 oz chicken breast cooked a home may yield around 25 grams of protein while a 4 oz chicken patty may be 10 grams of protein...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

i think it depends on the cut of the chiken as well chicken breast generally has the highest percentage of protien where as thighs and wings tend to be quite fatty an therfore the percentage of protien is lower

Yea I dont have to much of a choice with my diet around this campus. I go to Illinois State and the food here is beyond deplorable. My diet consists of chicken, yogurt, cottage cheese, carrots, canned fruits, breads and an assortment of other bland mildly healthy foods.
