    It is very good protein...very low in sugar....you must be buying at GNC, that price is WAY to high!

    Although it was good tasting I didn't care for this product post-workout. I think it functions more as MRP. I've heard the casein in the product actually inhibits the protein deliver to the muscles that need it.
