Are you carb cycling?
On no carb days..i do cardio around 4:00pm when i get back from school...im very tired and weary....is this the way to go ? btw all no carb days are on non-lifting days..and should i add like 1 meal of carbs if i do cardio on off days? or should i just not do any excercise at all?
