    spinach with cutting

    Can anyone tell me if you can eat canned spinach during a cutting diet.

    I buy mine in the frozen food section. Stick it in a bowl, nuke it, throw some butter buds on it.

    I buy the frozen to. I actually just got some last night and I'm making pesto sacue this weekend
