Diet, Dedication i have it need help

As sophmore in college consitency is a sig. problem. being rougly 20 ibs overweight, i am in desperate seach of a good diet. I have ordered ephedrine (have used hydrozycut in the past to increase reps) to burn some fat off. What i really need is a good cutting patern or diet. Over christmas break i will have one month off. In this one month i hope to burn a considerable amount of fat AND WILL DO WHATEVER! IT TAKES TO acComplish this.

-What im asking for is a 1 month (or if you would give me direction) diet.
-the vaules you give me for this diet will be followed relgioulsly.
    - I am totally devoted to cutting body fat, but at the same time ( i know this involves diffrent nutrient uptake), i want to be big and lean.
-an approxiomation of my body fat would be in the 15-25 perctile range. im 20, and have been in descent shape in the past (rep'd my body weight).

IF direction is given i will devote this 1 month to beiing fit reliously. NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT (truthfully including school) than a relationship ( its been awhile i l know its sappy) but my physicllity has held me back recently.

I MUST BURN THIS damn FAT OFF!!! I WILL DO ANYTHING!!!

Jog 30 minutes a day 4 days a week and live like a rabbit eating salad and vegetables daily That should do it. I guess you would need a few healthy carbs for energy too.
Well when you find out how to do it, pass the info to me too I need serious cutting myself. It's my New Years Resolution But then I'm Santa Clause, I'm supposed to be fat

I would look into carb cycling...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
