    tuna question

has anyone noticed that on a 6oz can of tuna it says a serving is 56g drained, and says that there is 2.5 servings in a can, coming out to 165, however... after draining if you weigh it, its only around 100g. What should i use? 100g? or 165? Seems like ive been miscalculating my macros lately.

yeah...just take how much protein and multiply that by the servings (2.5).
This will give you the total protein per can.
