    Replace the sugar?!? Yogurt has alot of sugar in it. What are you eating with the sugar?

    17 grams of sugar (68 cals) is not going to effect a cutting diet...

    Em28- any advice I give you is strictly my opinion and based on what I was told when Jodi trained me for my Comp. Any sugar on a cut is not good. Therefore Milk and Orange juice should be out too. Anything with sugar in it like Ketchup should be out. It really depends too though how serious you are and what results your looking for. What are you goals with this cut?

    my goals on cut are well i weight 210 and have a pretty high body fat.i would like to drop to atleast 160pounds then begin bulking.iam very serious with cutting.oh and i am 5'7

    consume them (any simple sugars) in the first 2 meals of the day..no problems
