I put 40g whey protein, 1 cup old fashioned oats, and 1-2Tbsp Organic Peanut Butter in the blender with water and *poof* I have my breakfast. Very fast and very healthy.

The peanut butter MAKES the shake, LOL. After a w/o I drink the shake w/o PB and it's not as good. It doesn't have saturated fats in it, where do you get that from?

Don't know! Was just assuming that if it contained butter it would have sat fats. It has been a long time since I had p/butter any way. About 9yrs. Got very drunk and had p/butter on toast when I got home, lets just say it didn't stay down very long. Kinda put me off p/butter. Should have put me off drinking really!!!!!!! Guess I should check out the info label!

Nice pics btw rock!!!! do you know your bf%????

Organic PB is very good for you (in moderation) Healty fat. LOL at the drunk story. There are a few foods I have trouble eating also due to that

Thanks about the pics, right now I'm about 20% BF. A bulk gone bad, LOL. But it's coming down.

Will check out the organic p/b. Reckon I can stomach it now!!! Started eating tuna again this week and I haven't eaten it since I ate someting else a while back, if you catch my drift!!!!!!! That memory stays well and truely suppressed!!!

I'm finding bulking my food out with things like raw mushrooms, organic beans and shit loads of salad is helping to bring down my body fat at the moment and I,m still managing to grow!!!!!! No idea what my bf% is, have tried the calculator and I'm between 14% and 18% but you wat more lean than I!!!!

Gonna try your shake this week!!!! May I could try and add some larger instead of water and relive my miss spent youth lol!!!!

LOL, good luck and let me know how you like the shake! If you allowed milk, it tastes much better with Milk than water by the way.

I eat this every morning ... Takes me 10 minutes and its done .

-4 white eggs + 1 full egg + 2 slices of yellow cheese (no fat ) on the eggs (cooked of course)
    - 2 scoops of whey protein + 1cup of milk + 1 cup of raw oats ... all mixed together in the blender

Like someone said , I put the shake in a shaker so I can shake in between each drink , if not , the oats go to the bottom .

Cheers for all the info guys!! gonna go for the peanut butter shake though, I guess this supplies a nice mix of protein, carbs and fats forst thing in the morninng!!!! By the time I have got the littlun off to his nanna and made 2 or 3 meals to take to work, I'm kinda thinkin "shit I need to have some breakfast!!" I walk past a bakery every mornin' on the way to work and if I'm hungry It's really fuckin' difficult walk past!!!! 3 weeks and I haven't given in to temptation!!!

Could anyone tell me if you need to count the calories from lettuce, toms, cucumber etc. I eat a shit load of salad every day that is also loaded with tuna and brown rice. I no these kinda things are low in calories, but as I said earlier I'm in the process of reworking my diet and I can't be bothered to suss out the calorific value of 1/4 onion, 1/16th cucumber or a teaspoon of linseeds etc. If I have to, I will it's that simple!!

Also I'm reworking my training program for the new year, Going from a 2 day split up to 3 days will post my proposeed work out soon.

    Keep Training !!!
    Respect to all!!!

IMO any vegetables like lettuce, broccoli, etc are free calories meaning you don't have to count them.

Great, glad you like it. I think I put about 2 cups of water in mine. I'd cut down the fat a bit though. 1 TBSP of PB should do it.

I think I got carried away in all the excitement of trying something new!!!! I used 100g of oats 2 tbsp PB and one scoop of whey that just short of 700 calories and thinking about it, thats about twice as much as I need to consume per meal!!!! gonna half the oats and the PB but keep the whey the same. Still configuring my diet for next year which is when i'll be getting seriously serious. That's breakfast sorted only another 6 meals to sort out!!!!LOL. I think I'm there actually, just got to check thru (I like the way you guys spell that word!!!) calories carb and protien values. If i'm not getting enough EFAs I might use some flax powder.

At work the only time I get to eat is on breaks. Usually 15mins at around 11 Lunch at 2 and another 15 mins at about 3:30/ 4 I plan to eat a meal at every break(I always prepare food the night b4 and this with my shake, at 8, garuntees me my first 4 meals) I know they could do with being spaced out a little further but if I don't eat on my break I DON'T EAT. Those three meals are gonna look some thing like this.M2 mackeral/chichen/herring salad. M3 tuna and brown rice and shit loads of veggies. M4 again salad.

My salads contain, apart from the obvious, grains like b rice/millet/quinoa or amaranth. I couldn't eat exactly the same thing every single day. So they are a good mix of pro and carb and fat. I generally use olive oil but I am currenty aware that I might not have a good omega3:6 ratio, but as you can see I do eat alot of oily fish.

I consume fibrous veg like it was going out of fashion but restict gruit to maybe 1 or 2 pieces.

1 last question (cheers rock you have been a great help!!) M5 is gonna be a shake when I get in from work about 6, on work out days I'll be hitting the gym at about 8 right about the time of M6. So I'm getting in at 9 and I gotta have pwo shake and M6 and M7 all before I crash out at 11!!!!! This is not a problem on off days or the day I train when I don't work!!!!! Could I drop a meal on wo days bc I got the extra shake??????

Sorry to be so lengthy but all the info i've found ALWAYS mentions pre & post wo nutrition in the sample diet. 4 days of the week I don't train!!!!

Thanks again. Now I'm goona go work out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Respect to all!!!

You can drop a meal if your getting all your calories and protein every 3 hours. Drink a shake Post w/o, and then a meal with at least protein and fat 1 hour later or before bed

not enough in that sarah to get me going... need more protein and complex carbs...

maybe throw some firm tofu in the blender with that? You wont taste it and it should give you some more protein.
