Cutting for a week, advice appreciated

Hey ya'll, I am going on a cruise next week and will be cutting a little this week for it. I stay relatively lean and am muscular (more so than in my gallery pic now, but just as lean). It sounds ignorant, but I want to cut just a little more for a little more effect. I however do not want to lose muscle mass. I just had a bf% test and am 7% right now. I am 5'7.5", 162 lbs. I generally consume 50g protein every 3 hours I am awake (includes 50g @ 1 hour preworkout, a 1.5 hour workout, 50g immediately post w/o, and then 50g lean animal protein one hour later). I guess the question I have is that should I eliminate carbs in the morning and have carbs only pre and post w/o this week (if at all?) and would you all suggest carb cycling during a cut week? What carbs would you recommend during the cut week pre and post w/o (brown rice, oats, and sweet potatoes or banana, glucose, and maltodextrin)?I am pretty sensitive to having carbs in the morning as I am diabetic. Also, do you think I could/should lower my protein intake this week on a cut without the muscle loss effect? Thanks for any advice!

it basically takes the body a good 7 days to adjust to a new diet...

I would have carbs 1st thing in the am, then pre & post wo, that's it...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
