question
i brought some ham from the store here goes the igredents-- cured with water potassium lactate, cotains 2% or less of carrageenan, dextrose, salt, sodium phosphate,sodium erythorbate,sodium nitrite.
10 grames of protein per serving and 60 calories per serving.what you guys think? the brand is healthy choice

sounds fine, 66% of the cals come from protein...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
