    Help...........................

    Hi,
would anyone be able to help me with supplements? I'm just totally confused on what should I take (too much choice available!). I go regularly to the gym (i.e. 3-4 times a week for 40 - 60 min each time) and would like to find something for burning excess fat (I'm not fat tho - 186cm, 82kg - but would like leaner muscles and lose a couple of kgs) and something to increase muscle volume without gaining weight... and nothing dangerous as I don't really normally like to take supplements (bad experience ). ...
Thanks if anyone could help me..

I prefer to just stick to food and whey protein. I have never taken anything other than whey protein, and creatine a few times.. I plan on sticking to whey protein only from now on, as creatine didnt really do much for me. If all you want to do is increase muscle volume without gaining any weight, i would say invest in just whey protein.

i'd suggest working on your diet first. without a good diet, supplements are pretty much worthless. once you see results from your diet, add supplements if u want to help the process.

Definitely. You should be able to lose plenty of fat without supplements. Counting calores will be the single most important thing you can do, although there is more to it than that.

However, I would suggest drinking a couple of cups of green tea per day. Not only are there health benefits, but it aids in lipolysis.
