Thanks Jodi, now I'm kicking myself, I was just at a GNC outlet centre on the weekend in the states and they had them for $1.00 each. So, I assumed they were probably yucky. Dammit! Oh, well, I'll be going back to the states in January and I'll be sure to stock up. Any flavour in particular better than others?

Fav. dressings- bacon ranch, russian, and sun-dried tomato. Creamy bacon and basalmic vinaigrette are also good. I didn't like Caesar or honey dijon.

Choc. dip is so/so, marshamallow dip is great, onion dip is good, bacon dip is so/so.

Apple butter rocks, blueberry and grape are good, strawberry is okay, haven't tried the orange marmelade or apricot.

    www.waldenfarms.com also sells them

I checked out a few GNC stores today ans they were all sold out. Was told walmart came out with a low carb lineup and put walden farms out of business for good.

The dressings and dips I can find at the grocery store. The jams, I have yet to see anywhere, so yes, I got those online.

Okay, just placed my order today with Walden Farms, I ordered all the flavors you guys recommended and the chocolate syrup too If the dressing has no calories, no fat, no sugar, no carbs, can I use whatever amount I want? I was thinking 1/4 cup on a huge salad? Or is this is too good to be true? I can't wait to try it!

I personally don't believe anything is truly calorie free, even certain diet sodas have a few calories. I only use about 2 tbs. on a huge salad, along with apple cider vinegar. Btw, the choc. syrup is . The choc. dip is decent though. The marshmallow dip is much better than the chocolate dip IMO.
