I need to lose 3 lbs of water weight, BY TOMORROW MORNING. How can I do this?! Please do not post messages telling me I'll die, just advice. Thanks a lot.

Get on a stationary bike and ride for 3-4 hours just sipping some water and drinking caffeinated coffee. Take a stong laxative. Those things arent dangerous when only done once in a great while. But after your weigh in, drink water and start eating again. Military?

It's not hard to do, just dress in your warmest warm-up suit or put on a couple of layers of sweat shirts and sweat pants and work-out, or do aerobics. Sweat it off

Yea, weigh in is at 3, weight class is 104, after practice today I was 106.9, came home and drank a bottle of water-16 oz. I'll lose a pound in my sleep, maybe a little bit more.

Shit, you must be tiny. 105 I don't ever recall when I weighed that little.

I think your best bet would be an herbal diuretic and stop drinking fluids right now.
