So long as you develop a proper diet and make sure your body gets enough food the cravings typically go away in a a few days. You just have to walk away and remind yourself to look forward to that cheat meal. I have this thing that I tell myself which usually works. I'll tell myself that if I eat whatever is tempting me now then I won't be allowed my cheat meal on Saturday night. That usually helps me to walk away. Of course now that I'm dieting for competition there are not cheat meals save for Christmas day![]()
