    Question servings of almonds

    I can't figure out the nutritional value of almonds I'm eating because I can't figure out how much is each almond.
    On the package it says that 1 serving of almonds is 1/4c (130g). When I weigh them 130g is about 23 almonds, but there's no way that 23 almonds would fit into 1/4c. More like 6 almonds would fit into 1/4c.
    Which one is it?

    Almonds vary in size. Just measure by weight and you should be safe.

    1 oz. of almonds is 14G of fat. Just weight it out by ounces.

    I would count each almond = 0.6 gram of fat

    I wouldn't do that for the very reason Robin said. They are all different sizes.

    Just weight it by ounces.

    Pretzels, almonds, yogurt...you can tell we eat quite healthy. When I'm cutting, I crave fruit. My friends laughed at me and wished their cravings were as healthy as mine. lol
