Almonds vary in size. Just measure by weight and you should be safe.
I can't figure out the nutritional value of almonds I'm eating because I can't figure out how much is each almond.
On the package it says that 1 serving of almonds is 1/4c (130g). When I weigh them 130g is about 23 almonds, but there's no way that 23 almonds would fit into 1/4c. More like 6 almonds would fit into 1/4c.
Which one is it?

I would count each almond = 0.6 gram of fat
I wouldn't do that for the very reason Robin said. They are all different sizes.
Just weight it by ounces.
