    Silly question

I over heard this ripped guys at the gym proud sayin his 'diet was 70% protein' and that he drank 3 gallons of distilled water day. If he really does have 70% protein what bout carbs and fat? surely it would be hard to live off 20% carbs and 10 percent fat? perhaps 15% carbs and 15% fat? This is really confusing can someone help me out ?

Yes, it is possible. Read the stickies.

Btw, donīt ever put distilled water in the microwave. Why did I say that? Because min0 will read this post and he will do it.
