Damn.......I hope you are bulking
It's not bad though, brown rice is an excellent bulking food. Personally if I could only choose 1 carb source to eat everyday, I choose oats, but thats just me.

We have a family of 8 and we only use 4 cups of rice and we still have leftover rice.
I don't think it's the right thing to do.

That is a HUGE load of rice, major carbs.
6 cups of uncooked rice is around 3600 calories, 900g of carbs.

I always measure uncooked quanity myself, because not everyone uses the same amount of water, yada yada.
i'm living off brown rice right now, its my number 1 carb source by a long shot
sometimes i will have oats and toast at breakfast, then brown rice at every meal until my last meal
so upto 4-5 serivings of rice a day! i have half a plateful, i'm guessing i get around 60-70g carbs from each of my rice servings, of course i get other carbs such as broccoli, fruit, sometimes potatos, cereal or extra oats
but yeah i love brown rice, i eat it with every cooked meal i have bar breakfast, goes with EVERYTHING! tuna, salmon, beef, eggs, chicken, mexican... whatever i eat i have it with rice!
peace
