ON no carb days i tend to pick on these alot...they are very calorie dense. I have a handful about 4 meals of the 6 a day. IM cutting so should i cut these out and replace them with more fish oils ? I take 10 fish oils a day.
No one can answer that for you... You have to determine if those calories are in excess of your daily needs. If you are not loosing weight then yes - you might want to re-assess your calorie intake and this would be one of the area's you would want to look at.Originally Posted by joey2005

ps: Replacing them with fish oils will simply replace the fats from the nuts (and hence calories) with fats from the fish (and hence calories)... So if you are going to decrease the nuts to decrease your calories there is no point in replacing them with capsules.
