    Question Extra Fiber???

    Well I am going on a vaction at the end of the month and it will be a little inconvient to have to shit 2-4 times a day. Espically when half the day I will be out on a boat snorkeling or diving.

    NEED HELP??

    I don't want to stop eating 5-6 meals a day but would taking extra fiber capsules or something like metamuscil make me more regular
    ????????

    I hate to tell you but taking MORE fibre would, if anything, add to your problem! Fibre will help 'clean you out' and increase the bulk in your intestines...



    You could try eating less 'bulky' foods to decrease the bulk in your intestines... But you might just have to deal with it.


    ps: Best time to take this would be either first thing am (before your first meal) or last thing pm (just before bed)... Don't take it with foods that you want to take advantage of full digestion (eg: pre or post-workout) or with supplements such as calcium tablets - as it will interefere with their absorption.

    Hmm, i might just cut back on the calories then. Thanks for the input. AND no i don't mind Mino Lee
