I've had it, and I have a different cereal of choice, but it's good stuff in terms of ingredients.

That sounds like a good idea...I may have to try it. With milk its pretty awsome--but then I haven't had ereal in ages so anything resembling cereal is awsome to me lol.

Yea Jodi I hear ya...I will stop eating it soon once comp date gets closer.

I had it on my salads up to my show in July. Just a SM. handful.

We didn't buy any last pre comp. LOL Craig thinks a box of cereal equals one serving.

I love that stuff. But only the BIG nuggets at the top of the box - you know, the ones you can pull out with your fingers and eat. By the time you get to the bottom of the box they are all little pieces and you have to scoop them by the handful

btw, the oatmeal is pretty good too - in a pinch

Thanks for the laugh. I know what you meant. Sounded so funny though that I had to point it out....keeping cereal in your panties could get kinda itchy . Maybe a packet of oatmeal might be easier to stow...lol
