    New Creatine User

    I've decided to start using creatine and I just need some advice....could some describe to how exactly to take it i.e. Loading and Maintenance. I have no clue how much to take or when so it would be very helpful if someone could explain it to me. Thanks very much...

    Just stick with 5g post-workout. No need to load, if you don't want to. There has also been research that stated that CrM cycling isn't necessary.

    i'v cycled creatine a few times now, worked best for me loadin 20g/day first 5 days, then 5g/day afterwards for 4 weeks. some people load, some dont.......try it see what works for you........had better vacularity and more endurance during heavy lifts. dont forget to drink a gallon and half of water per day...thats the most important part......good luck.

    its best to load creatine, unless you want to wait a month to see the benefits
