    macros

How close should my macros be? If I am right I take in 44g fat, 221g carbs, and 156g protein. If I divide that evenly among six meals I should eat 48g carbs and protein each meal and 11g fat. When I eat my macros do not balance out to be this much every meal. Some meals contain no fat. ex 3rd meal is 2 cups low fat cottage cheese and 2 cups veggies. 0 fat, 27g protein and 55 grams of carbs.

    Example of what I eat:
    Breakfast
    7:00am 2 cups oatmeal

8:30am pwo 2 scoops whey and 16 ozs of milk

10:30am 2tbls peanut butter on whole wheat bread

1:30pm 1/2 cup rice and chicken

4:30pm 2 cups low fat cottage cheese and 2 cups veggies

7:00pm fish and a salad and low fat dressing with 2 tbls flax

10:00pm can of tuna in water with 25 almonds.

    usally about the same everyday.

please help. Because I am very confused.

im not an expert on diet but i can give you a few pointers to improve it

1: there is no complete source of protien in your breakfast; eggs would be good

2: i would switch your meal at 4.30pm and the one at 10.00pm around
cottage cheese contains protien which is digested slowly so its great to have before you go to bed

3: in an ideal world each of your meals should be balanced and should be fairly close to your macro
