I have been cutting using the 40-40-30 plan can someone review my diet plan I have been using www.fitday.com to log it. Have shown some difficultes losing weight.

Post your meals in order here - it is very hard to interperate them on Fitday...
How long have you been cutting? What is your training like?
At 185 lbs and being a young male your cals are rather low - 1800 is probably not enough.
