    Cokes really bad for me???

    I've most my life drinking a mr pibb or dr pepper everyday and normally if I dont get my 12 hours sleep I just feel drained nexxt day and even if I did I dont have has much as I should.

    Now I trying stop for few days and I feel alert and have more energy and have wierd sudden appetite. Are they that bad or is it in my head or something?

    Did you ever read the label of a regular coca cola? If not I'd suggest so.

    yea i just read that 126 reasons why sugar so bad for you scary hah


    but its the only sweet I eat I cannot have dairy like chocolate and crap

    I dont think 1 or 2 diet sodas a day will have any adverse effects. I usually drink a few a day and a ton of hot tea.

    I just don't understand why people drink regular soda.. I just don't get it. It's like a waste of calories. I mean, if I'm going to splurge and have some sugar calories I sure wouldn't go for a soda! I would go for a diet coke instead and have some chocolate or something that actually matters
