    What would you say the most healthy nut is. Or are they all about the same?

    Walnuts - best fat ratio (more omega-3).
    Then almonds (more protein, high fibre, calcium).

    Unsalted, lightly toasted almonds, peanuts, and cashews.... Too bad pistachios aren't the greatest choice of nuts.
