I grind my oats first then mix it in the shaker cup. I tried it with Syntrax lemonade flavor, it wasnt a good idea.![]()
Try it with chocolate whey and some berries or PB![]()

weight gainer (scoop) 20g protein
if u guys have any better shakes plz post em im gonna try this for awhile but if i notice im getting fatter ill cut the ice cream

A few strawberries or raspberries
40g protein
2 cup water (or milk when bulking)
