protein shakes
Im plannin on makin a shake tomarrow just to try it out
u guys mix oatmeal with ur shakes right? and then blend it with maybe milk and protein powder and a banana? is tht how u guys do it the dry oatlean right into the blender and then drink it? im sure it sounds weird me asking just not to sure |

You got it right. Don't go too crazy with the oatmeal it might be too nasty/gritty the first time

hey alright guys thx
this is wht my shake looked like lol i know u guys wont approve th e ice cream 1/2 cup oatmeal cup 2 % milk 1 heaping tbsp of mint ice cream half bannana weight gainer (scoop) 20g protein if u guys have any better shakes plz post em im gonna try this for awhile but if i notice im getting fatter ill cut the ice cream im gonna cut the weight gainer just finishing the tub |

NO ICE CREAM!!! LOL. Here is what I do
1 cup oats 1-2 TBSP organic Peanut Butter A few strawberries or raspberries 40g protein 2 cup water (or milk when bulking) MMMmmmmm...... ![]() |

yeah im already thinkin tht today was my first day drinkin it and it really wasnt tht bad at all of course the ice cream adds alot of flavor to it. but i could just try saras puddin idea
